What we can say — and what we can’t
Without a time, planets in signs, aspects and your element and modality balance are all solid. What we can’t know are the houses, the Ascendant and the Midheaven — those rotate through the whole zodiac in a day. So we leave them out rather than assuming noon and passing a guessed rising sign off as real. If the Moon changed sign on your birthday, we show the exact switch time and both options.

Can I get a birth chart without my birth time?
Yes. Planets in signs, aspects and dominants don’t need a time. Only the houses and the angles (rising, Midheaven) do, and we skip those instead of guessing.
Why don’t you just assume noon?
A noon chart quietly invents a rising sign and house positions that could be completely wrong. Leaving them out is the only fair option.
Where can I find my birth time?
Your birth certificate (long form), hospital records, or a baby book are the usual sources. If you find it later, recalculate and the houses and Ascendant fill in.
