Terms of Service

By using the sneba.app website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. The Site is provided by Eternity Cat, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Sneba offers free astrology calculators — starting with the natal (birth) chart, with synastry and transits to follow. Every result shows the computed astronomical positions and lets you see the math behind each line. The calculators work without an account and are free to use.

Sneba computes real astronomical positions and shows how astrological tradition reads them. It does not predict events, and it is not a substitute for medical, financial, legal or psychological advice. Use it as a tool for self-reflection and entertainment.

In particular, nothing on the Site predicts events, and nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Do not use Sneba to make decisions in any of those areas — consult a qualified professional. If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to a qualified specialist or a local support service; an astrology website is not the right tool for a crisis.

Astronomical positions are computed with a Swiss Ephemeris–based engine with historical time zones applied, and every result shows the exact values and engine version so you can verify them against any reference. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that calculations, time-zone data or texts are error-free. Interpretations describe how astrological tradition reads a given configuration; they are not statements of scientific fact about you or your future.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, harvest or systematically download the Site's content, or bulk-query the calculators by automated means;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities other than by responsible disclosure to the contact below;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or remove or alter proprietary notices;
• Resell or rebrand the Site or its results as your own service.

Birth data you enter to calculate a result is used in memory and is not stored; if you save it to an account, it is stored as described in our Privacy Policy. If you calculate or save a chart using someone else’s birth details, you are responsible for having their permission to do so.

The calculators are free and we intend to keep them free. If we introduce optional paid features in the future, they will come with their own clear terms and pricing before you are asked to pay anything; nothing will convert into a paid product silently.

The Site — its design, code, texts and original content — is the property of Eternity Cat, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Astronomical calculations are powered by the Swiss Ephemeris under license from Astrodienst AG. You are free to copy, share and use your own calculated results, including the positions and aspect tables, wherever you like.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CALCULATION OR TEXT IS ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ETERNITY CAT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and material changes will be highlighted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
