What aspects are

THE THESIS
An aspect is the geometric angle between two planets — read in tradition as a conversation between parts of you, where a tighter angle simply speaks louder.
The explanation
An aspect is simply the angle between two planets, measured along the wheel of your chart. That number is pure geometry: the planets sit close, square off, or face each other across the sky. In the astrological tradition, each angle reads as a kind of conversation between two parts of you — how your drive talks to your feelings, your voice to your values. The tighter and cleaner the angle, the louder astrologers say that dialogue runs. None of this is destiny. An aspect points to a theme worth noticing in everyday life, and leaves the meaning-making to you.

You are reading with the example chart
Every lesson has to point at a chart. Until you add your own, the lessons run on the example this site uses throughout: 24 June 1996, 14:20, Barcelona. They work exactly the same way; the person is just not you.
