A birth chart freezes the sky at the exact moment you arrived — computed from real astronomy, read as a mirror for reflection rather than a script for your life.
The explanation
A natal chart, also called a birth chart, is a snapshot of the sky taken from your exact time and place of birth. Astronomers can tell you precisely where the Sun, Moon, and each planet sat against the band of zodiac signs that moment — those positions are simple fact, computed from ephemeris tables. In the astrological tradition, that map is read as a mirror: a starting point for self-reflection, a little fun, and a shared language for talking about who you are. It names themes to notice, not events that must happen. Nothing here is a forecast or a fate. You stay the author of what any of it means for you.
