Good when you can put the situation into a sentence. The third position asks where things are moving and what you influence, not what will happen to you.
It gives themes to think with. It does not answer yes or no, name a date, or tell you what another person will decide. Those layouts are absent here on purpose.
Cards are drawn with a cryptographic random source and a uniform shuffle: every card is equally likely in every position, and orientation is a separate coin flip. Nothing is picked to fit your question or to sell you anything, and a spread is fixed before it is interpreted.
