Why no compatibility percentage?
Because a number can't measure a relationship on a scale. A percentage looks precise and means nothing here, so we describe the dynamic instead: the shared theme, where it tends to flow and where it tends to rub.
Dates or names — which should I use?
They answer different questions. Two dates compare life-path numbers, the theme each person was born into. Two names compare Expression numbers, which come from the letters someone goes by. Try both; they're different traditions, not a right and a wrong answer.
Does the order of the two matter?
No. The pairing is symmetric: A with B reads exactly the same as B with A. The page always shows them in a fixed order so the same pair has one address.
