Every sign faces an opposite across the wheel. Astrologers read the pair as two ends of one shared theme — a way to see tension without a winner.
The explanation
Line up the twelve signs on a wheel and each one sits directly across from another: Aries faces Libra, Taurus faces Scorpio, and so on down the circle. In the astrological tradition, opposite signs are not enemies. They form the two ends of a single axis, sharing one theme approached from opposite angles — Aries meets it through the self, Libra through the other. Self and relationship, having and sharing, freedom and belonging: each pair names a balance rather than a battle. This is a useful way to read tension in a chart without crowning a winner. When you spot a polarity, notice what both ends are asking for, and treat the middle as yours to find.
