Mercury opposite Mars

Traditionally, an opposition is a polarity — two ends of one axis asking to be held together, not a break to fear. Set between Mercury and Mars, it can feel like a swing between planning and doing: some stretches you talk and analyze while the action waits, other stretches you charge ahead and reason later. You may sense that thinking and acting sit on opposite shores. That distance is also range. It lets you step back from a raw impulse to think it over, then step back from endless deliberation to actually move. The work is balance rather than choosing a permanent side. Thought and drive tend to pull hardest in the same direction exactly when neither pole is handed the final word.
